PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW AND READ ENTIRELY. NOT FOLLOWING THESE STEPS CAN AFFECT YOUR CHILDS REGISTRATION

Thank you for registering for our Tiny Travelers Day Camp! Below is some information you’ll need before care officially starts!

Please be sure to complete the attached Pre-Admission packet (3 PDFs) . Please do not leave anything blank, if necessary you may put N/A.
These forms needs to be printed, completed in ink, and Uploaded Below (forms following):

After you have downloaded and completed the forms please email them to

-If your child has not completed Kindergarten, we will need an up to date copy of their vaccination record.
-Please review the operational policies and procedures attached. Once reviewed, we will need a signed copy of the last page acknowledging you have read and understand our policies and procedures.
Because we are a DHR certified facility, we are required by the state to take specific steps when any medication, creams, sunscreens, etc are asked to be given or applied to students. If your child has any allergies that require medical treatment, required to take daily medication while in our care, OR if you WOULD LIKE sunscreen applied at any point, please complete the attached medication authorization form. We are also required to have a signed physician’s note on file with said medication or topical ointments listed by name.
-You will be receiving a link to access our Procare app. This app will be our only method of communication moving forward. The app allows parent/staff communication, schedule viewing for excursion destinations as well as daily lunch menus, and billing VIEWING only. You CANNOT pay through procare. You will receive a separate email for billing with a link to pay online.
-Payments are due the MONDAY PRIOR to each week. You are subject to a $5 late fee each day payment is received late. If payment is not received by the Wednesday of the prior week, your child could be unenrolled and the spot will be offered to a child on our waiting list. Please be on the look out for the first week payment in your email!
